Nice
I feel as if I should defend #5. No, you cannot get a tan from your computer, but try the free trail at computertan.com. Sit it out, you’re in for a surprise. Perhaps the author of this list should do proper research of the references?

There is a sucker born every minute.
Computer tan, give me a break. Consider the following points and I will give you a experiment at the bottom to prove the computer tan is rubbish:
Firstly, there is no plasma or suitable high voltage in a CRT/LCD monitor to generate the UV. Even plasma tv’s operate at far too low a voltage to generate UV.
Secondly even if there was a UV source, monitors are far too low power to cause any tan. Think of the light from a solarium, is your monitor that bright?
Thirdly if monitors could generate UV why don’t they have to display a warning label to prevent users getting cataracts by accidentally activating it. Everything else that generates UV does (check out UV bank note checkers)
Fourthly software cannot rewire your monitor so if you monitor doesn’t emit UV now is won’t ever. No matter how much money you waste on snake oil.
FINAL TEST:
UV causes white clothes to glow very brightly if they were washed in modern washing powder even at say 3m (10ft) from a normal UV bulb. Wear a white T-shirt and try their product. Do you glow more than when you wear a yellow T-shirt.
OUTCOME:
T-shirt doesn’t glow as product is (barring a total rewriting of science) fake.
I think this is very cool..kudos!
I think #20 is very misleading and alarming coming from a site like this. The wording can lead someone to actually believe this. Vitamins are a key part of a balanced healthy intake!
Would love to see people more aware of the ‘Modern Day Disease Syndrome’ caused from a imbalance of Omega-3’s. Looking forward to more healthy info. Thank you Health.com:)
i think your tips are helpful***!
Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more information? It is extremely helpful and beneficial to your readers :)
