Bigger than a B cup? Then you know finding a sports bra that is comfortable, stylish, and stops unwanted bouncing can be a challenge. “Look for a bra that’s adjustable, has wide straps, and is made of sweat-wicking fabric,” says Tomima Edmark, apparel-design expert and creator of the lingerie Web site HerRoom.com. Our testers (all size 36C or above) put six designs through their paces; here’s how the bras stacked up.

Download our handy chart comparing the six bras we tested.

Can I be a tester next time I have 36DD

I am between a 36dd and a 36d and I am having the hardest time finding a bra that supports for running and other rigorous training. I actually have stopped running so ofter because of how uncomfortable it can be. I would gladly volunteer to try out bras that work for women with my bust size who still enjoy physical activities.

I am a 38DD and have tried what seems like EVERY sports bra. I can tell you that I run almost every day and the only bra I have found that works is the Enell bra. It is completely worth the money.

I was referred to the FROG bra and have found pretty good success. I am a 36d or dd and it works for me. We call it the “boob masher” because it does just that. THere are not individual cups or underwires, just tight material that doesn’t allow any bounce. It is the best yet and cheaper than some of the higher rated ones. Good luck!

Having tried the Champion when i was smaller, the enell bra is the ONLY bra i have ever found not to bounce when I use the elliptical- let alone jogging!
It isn’t adjustable, which is why it really works- it’s like a strait-jacket…
but, as a 34 HH it fits me quite well- the champion barely contained me as a dd!

I’m a 42DD and I’ve just purchased a sports bra from Soma. It seems to keep the girls under control during a boot camp class I’ve been taking. I can finally do jumping jacks and run comfortably. I haven’t seen any real busty women at the gym, but if I do, I plan on ask what bra they are wearing!

There are so few decent sports bras out there if you are larger size. What annoys me most is how hard it is to find one that fits a 42. The moving comfort one is a joke, and the enell is too uncomfortable for me. The champion one is fair, but the hook and eyes always break.

I have tried probably every running bra out there. A friend told me about ENELL and I tried this one, It is WORTH every penny. I have been able to run very comfortably and would never go back to wearing any other brand. YOu don’t bounce and you can run very fast without having to stop due to discomfort. I HIGHT recommend ENELL> I am a 38D and ENELL has been the BEST running bra I’ve ever used.

I agree with the other ladies on the Enell bra - I have 36DDD and was always unable to run because of them. The Enell bra has allowed me to run comfortably without any bouncing, although it is rather ugly and doesn’t wick away sweat very well. I think it is definitely worth the money!
