A Yoga Stretch That Flattens Your Tummy

Imagine if you could flatten your tummy without doing a single crunch. You can! Tighten your abs by doing my “Jaguar” move three to four times a week. It targets those hard-to-tone lower ab muscles that are crucial for
a firmer belly.

How-to: Start on your hands and knees, with your shoulders directly over your wrists and your hips directly over your knees. Curl your toes under and extend your body to push-up position. Keeping your shoulders directly over your wrists, relax your head between your arms and bring your right knee toward your chest (try to touch it to your forehead). Be sure to keep your hips low. Hold for 5–15 breaths. Return to starting position and repeat with your left knee. Do a total of 3 reps per side.

Cannot find article in July/Aug. issue that is featured on front of mag: Get A Flat Belly while you sleep. Sounds impossible, but I like the idea!
What page is it on or is it included in another article?

When I went to the page about Yoga stretches that flatten your tummy, there was a box that said get a free box of Smart Start cereal ‘click here’. when you click there - just ads…. would be nice if the ads did not mislead.

on the july issue the get a flat belly while you sleep article is on page 18. if you want to find out how i found it, page 2, bottom right hand corner.

That Smart Start ad actually has a pdf of a rebate slip to get a refund of a box you purchase, not a coupon for a free box. This I guess is better because my stores don’t accept internet printed coupons!

About this stretch, someone commented in last month’s issue that this helped A LOT, so I was glad it was here on the web since I can’t find that issue from March.
I gotta try this, my tummy says/looks so!

Love your mag. I read it cover to cover. So many good suggestions and facts that ladies can relate to. Always especially interested in the “mature” years articles. I am a very active, still working 67 year old. I am always being asked for my secrets for holding it together so to speak. I tell ladies, exercise, education, care about yourself first, and read Health Mag. At 5″6″ 125 lbs, size 4 - 6 they do appreciate my input. Keep up the good work. Your mag. is every ladies best friend.

    Regards, Renee
