Just for Kicks: Shape Hips And Thighs With These Kickboxing Moves

1 | 2 | 3 | 4 Next

Here’s a reason you’ll find nary a roll of fat or a saddlebag on the actors in action flicks: Kicking butt is hard work. You may not spend much time pummeling bad guys, but these kickboxing-inspired moves will tone both your tummy and your lower body.

To get the most from them, use slow, controlled movements. And don’t be surprised if your inner and outer thighs feel sore a day later (it’s working, it’s working!). Substitute the exercises for your normal lower-body workout three times a week; you should see results in 4 to 6 weeks.
