Eating mostly plants is a good plan, but be SURE you supplement your B12. Failing to do so is one of the surest fire ways to contribute to early alzheimer's.

Animal protein is horrible for your body and contributes to disease including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. Eat mostly plants. Your body will thank you.

Aye lads and lasies, stress, poor diet, lack of sleep
all take a toll on our overall health let alone cigrettes and alcohol. I'm 52 and been abusing all the above but, I take my vitimans, drink plenty of bottled water and use moisturizers, they say (and I can kinda agree) that I look much younger than 52.I like consuming oily foods and also take 2-400 mils of vitamin E daily, @ times my skin is rather oily but I simply wipe it off with a cold wash cloth if it bothers me, point is it seems to keep my skin smooth & supple. not much lines on my face yet so I'd imagine if it keeps the outer side youthful then it must be doing me good on the inside too !

I completely agree that you're as old as you feel! Even though I'm not a proponent of cosmetic surgery (or injected face fillers) I think most of these suggestions are great! I still think, though, that one of the best things you can do for yourself is to get on a good skincare regiment as soon as possible and to stick to it!
