As much as physical therapy is annoying (time- and money-wise), I don&#039;t think I&#039;m motivated enough to do the stretching and strengthening exercises by myself at home! I&#039;m trying to think of it as a personal trainer that&#039;s at least partially covered by insurance :) I&#039;m sure I will stop after my race, but for now it&#039;s an extra bit of confidence before the big day ...</description>

My first tri is also the weekend of the 26th and I feel like I&#039;ve been living at the PT office since April with an injured hip. Do they seriously think we can afford (time AND money) PT more than, oh, once a YEAR?! haha. good luck with your knee, and your triathlon.</description>
