I'm from Portland, OR also and we take our health extremely seriously (hence the boycots of McD's). Truth be told, when you eat local you're already making a healthier choice; from cutting back carbon emissions to consuming those oh-so-good organics (that many local farmers provide for us). Burgerville has been around for a long time, and I'm surprised they're not given the recognition they deserve. @ annomons

Have practised it all my life, and never had a weight problem. Also, being active helps.
