Time to rework your workout? American and South African researchers discovered that people who combined aerobics and weight training for 16 weeks curbed their intake of calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
The aerobics-only group reduced only their fat consumption, and the weights-only group saw no reductions. The researchers think that combo workouts alter metabolism in a way that makes you feel full sooner.

There has been a lot of interesting research done lately on appetite.
Most of it is pointing fingers at processed carbs.

i AM 81YEARS OLD AND I AM TEACHING A EXCERCISE CLASS IN THE PARK WHERE I LIVE. MY CLASS IS DOING VERY WELL THOSE THAT STAYED AND HAD ACHES SWEAR THEY ARE FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AND THE LOOK BETTER. WE DO A FULL BODY WORKOUT. i ENCOURAGE THEM TO DO HEALTHY EATING AND KEEP A REGIMEN AND THEY ARE DOING SO.
SINCE I HAVE STOPPED ALL MEDICATIONS COMPLETELY I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER THAT’S WHY I DECIDED TO TEACH EXCERCISE, MY STUDENTS ALL ARE SEARCHING TO ELIMATE SOME OF THEIR MEDICATIONS. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
