I have not seen one add that shows a person with a real fat belly and shows that whatever works.I am not talking about grossly big but the ones that people over 30 or 40 get. All you see is the ones that never had a belly (in my opinion) to start with.
yoga is a great way of trimmimg belly fat…i am surprised it is not mentioned.
There are only a few tried and tested methods that are proven to work if you want to exercise your way to a flatter stomach. I won’t go into too much detail here, but if anyone’s interested theres a good guide at QuickFitness.

I found the flat stomach guide on this site to be quite helpful. I’m one of those who hates sit ups and that about the only bit of advice you always seem to get!
I gave up on trying to improve the appearence of my belly because it’s futile. I just read an article about how Oprah maintained a flat stomach. Nobody mentioned she never had a baby. I had 2 C-sections.
We need to learn acceptance..Thanks
Oprah has had a baby …. when she was a teenager , either stillborn or died at birth ..i forget , she’s talked about it on her show.
Marta, I’ve had 2 c-sections also and while its hard work if you exercise on a regular basis and watch what you eat, you will see results! People kill me talking about their weight (meanwhile they’re running to McDonald’s)!
