Great exercises, but I wonder if that Ball Pull-In move is a little advanced for most trainees.
It requires quite a bit of core strength as well as scapular stability.
Most of my new clients have postural issues where scapular instability has led to sore necks, traps and upper backs.
I would love for them to be able to do these Pull-Ins, but they would probably be doing more harm than good.
