Berries - Blue, Rasp, Black, Cran all of em’ plus a light sugar free purple grapejuice…lots of this plus a good multiple vitamin, green leafy vegetables,salads, high protein low carb diet will keep you healthy, mean & lean ! No sugar, no white flour, whole grains, nuts,& a kitty or a doggie or both…oh yes at least 30 minutes of exercise daily & throw in a good crossword puzzle.
We use Shaklee products and have been for years. My kids are the only ones in school during flu season. LOL! (the love that)
We have yet to get a cold, flu, or anything that goes around, since using Shakele products.

would these really work? i get sick all the time… i will definetly try these out but what does a massage do to help you stay healthy. does it just relax you or what? idk!!! my sister tried these out and they worked for her but does it have different effects on people?
