I forgot...

Some municipal gov'ts are setting up adult sized playground fitness equipment in public parks

I just use the regular kid-sized playground equipment and some Jump-Stretch bands.

The social aspect of group fitness is key to helping people (seniors, juniors, everyone) stick with an exercise program.

In the spirit of giving back, I run a local "Jungle Gym" fitness group at a local park in my neighborhood.

As the group got bigger and bigger, some of the 'keeners' in the group splintered off and created a 2nd group.

Most of these people have health club memberships, but they prefer this meeting of friends.
