    I started Irish dance (you know- Riverdance..)when I was 40. Now at 51, I’m looking to broaden my dance horizons with belly dance and maybe ballroom (if I can convince my husband). I considered my dance as a once a week thing, but this article inspires me to switch from those boring treadmill workouts to more frequent dance classes! Its exciting to know that dance isn’t just for skinny teens/twenty-somethings or those who wear size 2!
