There is always resistance when it comes to natural health. Where have we gone as a society when medication is the norm and natural foods and remedies are considered "quack." Oh well, I'll stay a "quack", I prefer it that way. I agree with Joe, essential oils are a big part of healthy living. Check out doTerra.

Point well taken and well stated Donna. Actually i am growing my own veggies as I fear the integrity of the fresh ones we import. Not many US grown items anymore, I should know, I'm in the intl trade industry and have watcjhed the demise of many US
companies, Like C & H Sugar. You know California & Hawaii. Our domestic sugar cane grows wild and unused while we import beet sugars from around the world. Hawaii has government cheese in it's super markets. That really gets me. Anyway, appreciate your point but must underscore I use and endorse and great healthy product. it's good for folks, really......lisadeb1989

wacky or no, organic health, that's the issue.I don't swallow 9 meds a day anymore. they keep pushing them, it's so fast and easy.I'm taking away the reasons and keeping healthy naturally. I LIKE my liver and kidneys. I intend to use them a long time.

I'm late on this post, but to answer one of the first comments: I understand that including garlic and onion in your diet and skipping those extra five martinis is good for your liver. Onion and garlic are also natural antibiotic and anti fungal among other things.

There have never been any double blind studies done on most of the things that they do in traditional medicine. How many FDA cleared drugs have you seen pulled from the market after unacceptable (and often permanently damaging) side affects have surfaced after years of being perscribed by MDs? At least most of the natural treatments don't cause permanent damage, death, etc.
