I find if I start out with carbs in the morning I tend to want them all day. So I like to start out with a breakfast if more lean protein and less carbs.
my height is 4′11″.my weight is 128lbs. I want to lose 23lbs within one month. How to do?

i like what i read but i need a diet noit verry expensive shall we add more crb our diet pasta vec rice and to be sliom as a veceteryan we shoot eat to reolesment to meat whatcan we eat and how importont to exsice

have osteoperosis in my polio knee + a stress fracture in the same ankle since 2005 .i do yoga to feel good as i stay alone after my husband died suddenly.presently i’m under physical restrictions. dying for some real guidelines to stay happy &healthy as long i’m alive so i dont become a big bother.thanks a ton for letting me SHARE ALL THIS :)
