Tone your arms fast with this 10-minute workout stolen from Leandro Carvalho’s Brazilian UPPER Cuts class at Equinox Fitness in New York. Do it 2 to 3 times a week.
Sideways Floor Push for triceps
A. Lie on a mat on your left side with your left leg bent slightly behind you and your right leg extended diagonally from your hip. Wrap your left arm around your waist and bend your right arm, putting your right hand on the mat near your left shoulder.
B. Keep your feet on the mat and your left arm wrapped around your waist, extend your right arm (don’t lock your elbow) and push your body up; lower your body to complete the rep. Do 24 reps, then switch sides and repeat. Work up to 2 sets.
Crab Sit With Dip for triceps
A. Sit with your legs bent and feet shoulder-width apart on the mat in front of you. Put your hands on the mat behind you, directly beneath your shoulders, with your fingers facing forward. Without locking your elbows, extend your arms to raise your hips as far as you can off the mat.
B. Keeping your butt slightly off the mat, bend your arms, pointing your elbows behind you (be sure the movement comes from your arms, not your hips); extend your arms to complete the rep. Work up to 2 sets of 24 reps.
Reverse Curls for biceps
A. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a 5- to 8-pound dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, palms facing in.
B. Without bending your wrists, curl both hands to your shoulders, then lower them back down to complete the rep. Work up to 2 sets of 20 reps.

I too have a saggy belly- but I have to be careful of my spine- since I have 2 rods screwed to it as the result of an accident. Can someone tell me how to flatten it without hurting my back?

Short of surgery, how does one get rid of a belly apron?
Yes, I have a saggy belly also. I do crutches til I’m dizzy. After cesarean delivery my belly just seems to hang. I can’t get rid of it. Is there anything I can do?
Hey!! im only 14.. and u may be like.. “um.. shes just a kid, what does she know?” but I have the WII fit thing, and it has jack-knives on it.. you lay down on the floor (on your back) and bend your knees (like you are going to do sit-ups).. strtch your hands above your head. then lift your arms and legs up at the same time, try to get your shoulders off the ground.. immediately you should feel it in your core.. i love doing these.. they are fun and easy.. and they work!! oh and don’t forget to lower back into the starting position when you do the first one.. do as many as you want (i do about 20 a night)
I also have the sagging tummy problem. Due to numerous surgeries & scar tissue, I am unable to tighten up. There must be something to help us all, besides the expensive cosme
to Melissa get yourself in a pool there is a ton of water excersizes you can do in the water that will not hurt your back in fact it will help your back
To get rid of that tummy apron, do “flutters”. Lie on your back and raise your entire leg off the ground, “kicking” like you would if you were swimming on your back. You’ll feel it in your upper legs and tummy. The best is cardio, though. Fast walking half an hour a day to start with, then building up to an hour a day…But you have to walk fast enough to sweat. IT WORKS.

get a botox for your underarm to stop sweating… you need to do it every 3-4 months… otherwise…it’s something you have to live with…

for v: I used to have problems with heavy sweating. Mens deoderant didn’t even last through the day. Good news. There are several new “clinical strength” deoderants that are available over the counter. The one I have used with much success is Sure Maxx. Make sure you follow the directions. It isn’t like your standard deoderant. If this doesn’t work, consider seeing a physician that specializes in this area. Good luck and God bless!
