		<description>What an excellent article! Whether you exercise at a gym or at home, it all holds true. After staying the same good weight for the past 35 years, I retired &amp; stopped being so busy. I gained weight &amp; haven&#039;t felt good about myself since. I will lose the 15 lbs. I&#039;ve put on. This article is one of the best I&#039;ve read lately. It has reinforced, just how important regular walking really is. I am going to  start today &amp; that&#039;s my goal. My husband just had a physical &amp; he was told to walk by his Dr. &amp; lose weight to be heart healthy again. Together, we will begin to feel good &amp; walking is a real mood lifter! Years ago, I worked out at a great family gym for a long time &amp; attribute the kind of workouts &amp; encouraging words, by their trainers, as it kept me fit. I still have my weights, which I plan to use exercising at home too. Now that I am feeling the affects of arthritis, I need to stay fit even more, lose the weight &amp; keep my joints moving! Many thanks for all 5 health stories!</description>
