I agree - a video of the Stability Ball Roll Outs would be very helpful for me. I don't know if I'm doing it right.

I started this yesterday (9/8/08). A little late for the beach but I have 8 weeks to get ready for my Halloween Costume (yes, I’m 37, but still like to dress up)! This is a 4 week program, but I want a little more than just toning so I’m giving myself 8. I'd like to trim off these last 10 frustrating lbs of fat by the end of October. I've plateaued with walking and ellipticals and I eat somewhat healthy meals and this program looked like something I could do, fit in with my schedule and doesn’t require me to give up more of the foods I like. I did the program as instructed last night at home (all 4 parts done 3 times) in 45 minutes. WOW! I was sweating like a pig and my legs felt like rubber (and I am wobbly today), but for me that’s a great sign! I’m excited to try this and see the results! I could tell after 1 round of the 4 parts that I need to start out slower. I’ll be doing only 10 reps of each this week, 12 next week and so on. So glad I found this!

Dear blogers,

Does it take much to upload few minutes of video of each movement. Otherwise it is simple but encouraging to be engaged in.

Best

I usually gage the effectiveness of a workout by how sore I feel the next day, and with this workout I noticed right away that I had pushed my muscles and body to the max. My legs needed a wake up call and this workout did it!

Great movements - using the big, calorie burning muscles - addressing core strength and balance - Another move that I might have included would be a Russian Twist type exercise with a dumbbell and the stability ball. It helps to improve the core muscles ability to resist spinal rotation and impre the groups ability to stabilize the spine through increasing the compression force.

Overall, I am really impressed with this blog.
