It is very informative and easy to comprehend.it helps a lot.
I wake up every morning with aches and pains I never used to have. What Gives? It’s a bummer for me. I take Aleve, and recently began taking Osteo-Biflex. I’m not willing to stop all the outside work I do because I enjoy it. I try to walk alot and stay active…..seems to help.
What is the best way to treat trigger finger.and what causes it. Will it go away by it’s self?
Anyone ever tried patented 100% natural undenatured whey protein isolate?
I have had amazing results with the supplements, Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM, along with weekly acupuncture. My hip pain is history!
I did not realize that women were the only ones who get depressed and/or get colds. Why do you (and every other publisher it seems) continue to segregate men and women? I get colds. Know men who get down in the dumps and depressed. Doesn’t Wort and C work for me and all other men???
What can a person do to eleminate pain? I had knee
replacement because I could not walk without pain
and now the pain is worse. Dr. said do not walk on
it too much. That was my reason for surgery!!!
Bob, your correct! They should tell us what works for men and women
Melba, I had trigger finger and went to a great specialist in Houston, Dr. Collins, who was able to give the necessary shot to relieve trigger finger. It was a solution to my problem. Trigger finger is not necessarily serious, just a nuisance, I was told. When and if it ever causes you great distress, surgery may be required. This is not as bad as a lot of problems, like my knees! LOL Good luck with getting the shot to relieve the trigger finger! My trigger finger has gone away. Just make sure you get a doctor like Dr. Collins, who know how to give the shot without pain!
By the way, has anyone heard of CURIMAN for pain relieft ~ a natural alternative medicine?
Yes I tried 2 bottles to no avail. Argh…
Susann, you might want to get tested for gluten intolerance or read up on the candida diet. Eliminate all sugars, flours and processed foods from your diet. Start slow- eliminate sugar, of your pain stills persits, go gluten free. Eating organic and staying away from processed or packaged foods is wouldn’t hurt either. I suffered from TERRIBLE pains (2 Aleive’s didn’t touch it), exhustion, forgetfullness, etc. By adjusting my diet I feel better than I have in years. Good luck,.
Not exactly a remedy, but Chiropractic care has made tremendous improvements with my low back and neck pain; The doctor has also done a lot of soft tissue work that will definately be on the rise!
