I am a 46 year overweight fella who lovws to walk, especially since i am getting used to it. I have found that listening to my cd player with alternative styles of music has caused my walking steps to either speed up or slow down. It is pretty cool as to how that is helping wanting not to mis a walk. Any way, I began walking 2 months ago to help control my sugar levels and weighed 365 lbs. I go back to the dr for blood work and acdl physical update. I am excited because I feel like I have lost some weight but not sure as to how much. I am now up to 3 miles a day.
