		<description>Great article, Ms. Richards.I love how you are pushing the interval training and back it up with the evidence on EPOC. EPOC is highest after high intensity exercises.

The one thing I would add is to increase you daily caloric burn by taking the stairs instead of the elevator; walk to the store instead of drive; make a family walk after dinner a new ritual.

But seriously, excellent article. It&#039;s as far away from the 3 sets of 10 reps, bodybuilding based advice that is in most health publications.</description>
