I love those plastic tooth picks.

I save them and disinfect them for reusing.

Sometimes I stab my gums with one and it is pretty painful. I rinse my mouth out with hydrogen peroxide & they heal fast.
If I rinse my mouth in the evening they are healed when I wake up in the morning.

add 1 drop of tea tree oil on toothbrush with tooth paste will help heal tender bleeding gums and other gum diseases, also helps in removing plaque buildup.
rinse mouth with 1/3 cup of water 3 to 4 drop of tea tree oil also heals sore mouth. also use as a gargle for sore or irritated throat. make sure to use pure tea tree oil melaleuca alternifolia. also good for cuts,mosquit0 bites. rub or mix a couple of drops in your favorite lotion will keep mosquitos away. tea tree oil have many other healing properties. make sure you are not allergic to it before using.

For internal use, just use Celtic salt, it can be found at your local health food store... It has NOT been processed or bleached, and is healthier to digest! Health from the inside out!
