		<description>Best way to wake up happy is to block blue light from entering your eyes after about 8 or 9 PM. This starts the flow of melatonin well in advance of going to bed. This makes it easy to fall asleep and the meatonin flow will have finished flowing in advance of 7 AM. This allows you to feel wide awake first thing in the morning.</description>
