I HAVE BEEN WALKING ON THE TREADMILL FOR THREE WEEKS. I ALWAYS DO 3 TWENTY MINUTE INTERVALS THAT ARE PER SET ON MY TREADMILL. THE INCLINE GO AS HIGH AS 10 AT 2.7. I WORKOUT FOUR TO FIVE TIMES A WEEK. I GET A EXCELLENT WORKOUT AND HAVE NOTICE MAJOR RESULTS. I AM NOW FOLLOWING A HEALTH DIET INSTEAD OF A FAST WEIGHT LOSS LOW CARB OR OTHER QUICK FIX. THIS IS WORKING FOR ME AND I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER..MY BEGINING WEIGHT WAS 210 ON APRIL 20TH..I HAVE LOSS 12 POUNDS SO FAR..FOR THE FIRST TIME I REALLY FEEL IN CONTROL OF MY WEIGHT.

Great start on the treadmill, keep it up ! I noticed you did not mention what your doing for eating meals. You are doing the exercising which is the most important and neglected part of fast weight loss. I have been on Fat Loss 4 Idiots for about a year and a half now and have lost 35 pounds in a month and a half. My metabolism has also dramatically increased.
