i got her from an article about Katherine Heigel and how fit she is. Sorry, I don’t take fitness tips from a chain smoker.
Being a smoker doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t stay fit.. and anyway, I hear she quit smoking.. so I’d think twice before posting a comment here or anywhere else without knowing some facts.
I agree, Tom! Being a smoker doesnt mean you can’t be fit. And, PS, you’re not taking fitness tips from Heigel, you’re taking tips from her trainer…
Tom - Katherine hasn’t quit smoking; paparazzi pictures of her puffing on cigarettes whilst enjoying the summer break in filming are posted on a near-daily basis at many celebrity/pop-culture websites.
And being a smoker DOES mean that you can’t stay fit because you are destroying your health. “Fit” is short for PHYSICAL FITNESS.
What a bunch of morons
SHE MAY BE KILLING HERSELF ON THE INSIDE, BUT HER OUTSIDE LOOKS GREAT.
Geez, judge much? The article is on muscle toning not lung toning. Her abs are great - not stick thin, just toned. WHO CARES if she smokes!?!?
I’ve got something better for her to stick in her mouth!

Dude, gross! Get over yourself.
WHAT A BUNCH OF FREAKS.. SMOKING CAN DECREASE YOUR FITNESS AND DESTROY YOUR ORGANS BUT YOU CAN STILL STAY FIT EVEN IF YOU SMOKE.. AND DON’T YOU HAVE ANYTHING BETTRER TO TALK ABOUT THAN HER SMOKING?
