i really do wish to try this work out plan i have been looking for a plan to help lose the belly fat but still keep up my thickness.
i love being curvy but just want to lose that belly fat and get flat for the summer. i am dedicated and do hope it works out. am also in a gym so it all helps at the same time

I have the same issues as Bella. I hope this works
This will tone your core, but it won’t do much at all to get rid of fat around the belly. The only way to target your fat loss is lipo.
Your exercises look like they will work. However, I am scheduled for left knee and left foot surgery, and I have stiffening because of my age and my arthritis condition. Could you post exercises that will help strengthen those legs and other body muscles before and after surgery?
Bella-Combine this workout with other workouts on the Health website and other routines you can find and you CAN lose the belly fat! All it takes is working out 4 or more times a week (even as little as 20 minutes as long as you’re putting your all into the workout) and making sure you control your food portions. Do all types of workouts, not only ones aimed at the abs, and eat small meals throughout the day. You can change your metabolism and you can lose the fat. Lipo should only be used to target areas that do not respond to exercise and diet. Portion control is the key.
