I just want to say good luck on your marathon. I am from Minnesota as well and I am still building up the courage to run my first marathon. Hopefully by next summer!

i´m 52 years old women and love jogging, but i often have internal bleeding and stuhl after 1 hour jogging.
i´m a bit worry, shall i stop immedeately? i feel really good and healthy despite that problem, and frankly i still want to continue jogging.
I am presently running. I could not get around the block in August 2009. In October I ran my first 5Km and in December I raced a 10KM in 1 hour 2 minutes. I have several 5km and 10KM races planned and I run with a great group. I hope to do a 1/2 marathon in Sept 2010. I am anxious as I am not sure I am able to make it. Any advise.
