The Best New Pain Cures For Women

You’ve got achy shoulders from carrying the kids, the groceries, or your incredibly heavy handbag. You look for the right pill to pop, but what should you take? Aspirin? Ibuprofen? Or, you’re about to get your period. You know you’ll get killer cramps or that nasty headache any minute now, but nothing you take seems to help once the pain hits.

You’re not alone: Many women have a tough time finding the right kind of relief for their pain—and for good reason: Until recently, experts hadn’t actually studied women’s pain specifically, and most research wasn’t conducted with a woman’s hormones and physique in mind. All that’s changing, though. Docs now know that to banish our aches, they must develop treatments formulated for women’s bodies. What’s more, researchers are also looking for—and finding—ways to head pain off at the pass, so those of us with chronic troubles like migraine, fibromyalgia, or backache don’t have to be hobbled by pain on a daily basis. Here, how the new research will help you live an (almost) pain-free life.

I have a pain in my both shoulders for many years. In Canada nothing could help me. After I have a pain for 6 years, I was in Thailand for a month, I felt much better. When I was in there,I was about 100% getting better and, I felt like that I got a new body again, but I came to Canada I suffered again, but I felt better than before. In my opinion hot sun light is very healpful and inportant to getting better for body pain. Compare to asian most people from western countries have pain because they don’t get enough sun light. So,Sun light is good for blood circulation and priceless for me, and I wish I can live or have a job in a hot asia country. I have written this letter to you because I want you to be getting better just like me.

I am a woman of 54yrs old, I still have hot flushes and my periods stopped about 4 yrs ago, I have always been a tensed person and I still do get migraine, I get them worst if my g.p put me on antiddressants. I have lower back problems and have been told that I have spinal stenois. My main problem is that I get a lot of neck tension and when I wake in the morning its worst, my dentist tells me that I grind my teeth and I do wear a gum gaured, I think it only protects my teeth from damage with grinding. I am just feeling very tensed. Any suggestions?
